Who pays for Fika?

Fika is priced per group, not per person.

One subscription, paid by the owner

Each group has a single subscription, paid by its owner. If the group is on the free plan, there’s nothing to pay at all.

Members are always free

Admins, members, and viewers never pay to be in a group. They can view collections and, depending on their role, add photos, all for free.

Being in more than one group

Because you use one account across every group, you might be a free member of your kid’s soccer team and the paying owner of your family’s group at the same time. You only ever pay for the groups you own that are on a paid plan.

You can own several groups, but only one of them can be on the free plan. If you want to own another group, it uses the Standard plan.

Changing who owns (and pays for) a group

Ownership of a group can be transferred to another person, for example when a team’s season ends and a new coach takes over. The new owner sets up their own payment and takes on the group’s plan from that point. Ownership transfer is done on the web. See transfer ownership.
