Reset a forgotten password

If you can’t remember your password, you can reset it yourself. You don’t need to contact support.

Reset it

1. On the sign-in screen, choose Forgot password? (or go to app.fikaphotos.com/forgot-password).
2. Enter your email and choose Send verification code. Fika emails you a code.
3. Enter the code along with your new password, then choose Reset password.
4. Choose Go to sign in and log in with your new password.

The code comes by email, not a link you click. If it hasn’t arrived after a minute, use Resend code on that screen, and check your spam folder. See emails aren’t arriving if it still doesn’t show up.

Password requirements

Your new password needs at least 12 characters, including an uppercase letter, a lowercase letter, a number, and a symbol.

A note on privacy

For your security, the reset screen doesn’t confirm whether an email has a Fika account. It moves to the code step either way, so entering a code you never received simply won’t work.
