Sign in and out

You use the same Fika account everywhere, so one sign-in gets you into every group you belong to.

Sign in

1. Go to the Fika web app at app.fikaphotos.com.
2. Enter your email and password and choose Sign in.

If you haven’t confirmed your email yet, you’ll be sent to verify it first. If you’ve forgotten your password, use the Forgot password? link on that screen. See reset a forgotten password.

Sign in with Google or Facebook

If you created your account with Google or Facebook, or connected one to it, choose Continue with Google or Continue with Facebook instead of typing a password. It signs you straight in. See update your profile to manage connected accounts.

Staying signed in

Fika keeps you signed in on each device you use, so you don’t have to log in every visit. You can be signed in on several devices at once, for example your laptop and your phone. To see and manage them, see manage your signed-in devices.

Sign out

• On a computer, look at the bottom-left of the sidebar, click the menu (the ⋯ icon) next to your name, and choose to log out.
• On your phone, tap More in the bottom bar, then choose Logout.

That ends the session on the device you’re using. If you’re ever signed out unexpectedly with a note that you were signed out from another device, it means that session was ended from your Active sessions screen, which is a normal way to sign out a device you no longer use.

Trouble signing in

• “Invalid email or password” means the email or password didn’t match. Try resetting your password.
• After several failed tries, sign-in pauses briefly for security. Wait a moment and try again.
