Is Fika a replacement for all of Share Sites?
Fika replaces the group photo-sharing workflow, not every Share Sites website feature. Check our Features page for the capabilities your group needs.
Can Fika recover or automatically import our old Share Site?
No. You’ll need files saved on phones, computers, or backups. Ask Shutterfly directly about photos remaining in individual accounts; availability is not guaranteed.
Do all our members need to pay?
No. Start with 10 GB free and unlimited members. Paid storage starts at $15 per month for 250 GB. Only the space owner pays; every plan includes every feature.
Do members need an account or an app?
Members sign in with a free account to join your private space. They can use a web browser or the iOS and Android apps. Installing an app is optional.
Who controls access and photo removal?
Organizers manage invites and roles. Anyone in the group can request photo removal, immediately or after admin review depending on your settings. Downloaded copies cannot be recalled.
How do we avoid being locked in again?
Download photos or whole collections at full quality anytime. No service can promise to exist forever, so keep your own copies too.
